Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of LifeDesk ("Service"), operated by DN Universal Holdings (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use LifeDesk. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
LifeDesk is offered as a subscription service. Plans, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise us (via our payment processors (PayPal and PayHere)) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Basic: $4 / month (recurring)
- Pro: $10 / month (recurring)
- Business: $20 / month (recurring)
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Free Trial & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time and request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. AI Credits
AI features (such as Morning Briefing, Email Drafts, Budget Analysis, Quick Capture) are billed via "AI credits" included in each tier. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations and per-action costs with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
- Upload or store content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the privacy of others
- Abuse our infrastructure (e.g. excessive automated requests beyond a normal usage pattern)
7. Intellectual Property
LifeDesk, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by DN Universal Holdings (Private) Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Affiliate Programme
Our affiliate programme allows you to refer LifeDesk to others and earn a recurring commission of 40% on each subscription you refer, paid for as long as the referred subscription remains active. Full terms are available within the affiliate dashboard inside the app. Payouts are made via bank transfer or PayPal at a minimum threshold of $20.
9. Third-Party Services
LifeDesk integrates with third-party services (such as Google Drive, Gmail, PayPal, and PayHere for payments). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless required by law to retain longer.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you a right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
